Return & Exchange Period


You have 7 days from the date of delivery to decide if an item is right for you. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within this period.

Non-Returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, beauty products, and accessories (with the exception of scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).

Items marked as Final Sale are also non-returnable/exchangeable.

Condition of Returned Items


Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered.

Return Process


Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service at to receive the nearest return address and further instructions.


Prepare Your Return: Include the item(s) with the original receipt in the original packaging. For all items, ensure that all tags and labels are intact.


Ship Your Return: Return shipments must be made using a similar shipping service as the original delivery. Please note, returns are at your own expense, as we do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service or cover shipping costs for returned items.


Cancellation Policy


Orders can be cancelled before processing for a full refund. If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy


Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-30 business days after we receive the returned item(s), depending on the processing time.

Original shipping fees and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the shipping fees. Otherwise, shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Important Notes


Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Ensure to double-check your return before shipping. We are not responsible for the return shipping of non-Donhek products.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
